We at eProduction Services Corporation (“eProduction Services”) are committed to protecting your online privacy and recognize your need for your personal identification information (“Personal Information”) to be protected and safeguarded. We take privacy very seriously, and have taken many steps to help safeguard the Personal Information you share with us.
Personal Information means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, a physical address, an email address, an account password or other contact information.
eProduction Services strives to comply with all applicable privacy laws around the world. eProduction Services intends to adhere to its privacy policy as described herein regardless of whether another country’s privacy laws are as stringent. eProduction Services’ priority is to protect your Personal Information regardless of where it is transferred, collected or stored.
To demonstrate our commitment, we have agreed to disclose our information practices, and have them reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe and BBBOnLine, a Better Business Bureau program. eProduction Services is a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program and the BBBOnLine Privacy and Dispute Resolution Program. TRUSTe and BBBOnLine are independent, non-profit organizations whose mission is to build users' trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices. To that end, our Privacy Policy will tell you about eProduction Services, the information eProduction Services collects, with whom your Personal Information may be shared, what choices you have regarding the use and distribution of your Personal Information and the security procedures in place to protect your Personal Information.

Protecting your privacy is very important to eProduction Services. We know that you are concerned with privacy on the Internet, and we've taken many steps to help safeguard your information.
This privacy statement is provided to inform you of our privacy policy and practices and of the choices you can make about the way your personal information (“Personal Information”) is collected online and how that information is used. By Personal Information we mean information about you collected through this Web site, including your name, email addresses, home or work addresses, an account password or any other information combined with these identifiers.

eProduction Services collects Personal Information about you when you sign-up for any services offered by eProduction Services. We collect your Personal Information directly on our Web sites. Personal Information collected by eProduction Service’s Web sites and services may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which eProduction Services or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and by using eProduction Service’s Web sites or services, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.
Information we collect:
eProduction Services asks you for Personal Information to allow you access to our Web site. This Personal Information may include your email addresses, your name, your work or home address, your telephone number and any other information necessary to register with our Web site.
eProduction Services collects information about your interactions with our services and our Web sites, including the date and time you submit your registration for our services as well as other administrative information that helps eProduction Services prevent people from misusing our system.
Data integrity:
eProduction Services processes Personal Information only for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. eProduction Services reviews its data collection and storage and processing practices to ensure that we only collect, store and process the Personal Information needed to provide or improve our services. eProduction Services takes reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Information it processes is accurate, complete and current, but eProduction Services depends on its users to update or correct their Personal Information whenever necessary.

- If you register with eProduction Services, we send out a confirmation email. We do this to validate your registration and to help prevent people from misusing our service. Our confirmation emails provide instructions on how to activate your registration, or cancel it as appropriate.
- Your email address serves as your account log-in ID. You should use an email address that only you have access to for this purpose to reduce the risk of someone misusing your eProduction Services account.
- eProduction Services responds to subpoenas, court orders, legal process or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. - eProduction Services maintains a database of your Personal Information. All users of the services provided by eProduction Services will be covered by this Privacy Policy. eProduction Services only works with businesses that practice permission marketing. Our use of cookies:
eProduction Service’s Web sites uses cookies to enable you to sign in to the services provide by eProduction Services and to help personalize your online experience. A "cookie" is a small text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies contain information that can later be read by a Web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. eProduction Service’s Web sites uses cookies to store your preferences and other information on your computer in order to save you time by eliminating the need to repeatedly enter the same information and to display your personalized content and, if applicable, appropriate advertising on your later visit to its Web site.

Our use of web beacons:
Some eProduction Services Web pages, banner ads and HTML-formatted email newsletters use Web beacons in conjunction with cookies to compile aggregate statistics about Web site usage. A Web beacon is an electronic image, called a single-pixel (1x1), an action tag or a clear GIF. Web beacons can recognize certain types of information on a visitor's computer, such as a visitor's cookie number, time and date of a page view, and whether the visitor is using an email reader that understands HTML email messages. Our use of third party media companies:
We may display advertisements from third parties. Third-party ad-serving companies control which ads are shown. Your choices:
As an eProduction Services customer, you have access to, and appropriate control over, the data that eProduction Services maintains about you. We provide you with easy access to the information maintained about you in the eProduction Services database in a format that is easy to understand.
To revise or edit your Personal Information, simply go to My Account on the appropriate eProduction Services Web site. Use your email address as your log-in ID and, if appropriate, your password. The specific eProduction Services site, upon recognizing your valid log-in ID and password, will send an email to your email address containing the link for access to My Account. Requests for deletion of certain key information, such as an email address, may require closing the account.
Most requests for access to Personal Information are processed within seconds of being made through the appropriate eProduction Services Web site interface. Some requests may take up to a few days to process, and the results may be delivered by email. Any other questions should be addressed to eProduction Services Support. Personal Information about a member may be withheld or exempted from deletion if this is required by law or is part of a fraud investigation.
To Unsubscribe:
If you decide that you do not wish to participate in our service, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the link provided in any email message eProduction Services sends you and following the directions provided. Additionally, you can remove your account information directly from the appropriate eProduction Services Web site by going to My Account, after logging in, and clicking the link marked "Unsubscribe". Or you may contact eProduction Services Support.
Security Safeguards:
eProduction Services is committed to protecting the Personal Information you provide us. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the appropriate use of your Personal Information, eProduction Services has in place appropriate physical and managerial procedures to safeguard the Personal Information we collect. We hold our employees and partners accountable for maintaining the privacy and integrity of our users' information.
eProduction Services may engage employees, contractors, and other companies to perform work that involves access to Personal Information. If eProduction Services does so, it will take reasonable measures to ensure that such parties are contractually required to keep your Personal Information confidential and not to use it in any way other than as is necessary to perform their work for eProduction Services.
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card information. SSL encryption is designed to make the information unreadable by anyone but us.
To access the Personal Information that an eProduction Services site holds about you, use your email address as your log-in ID. The appropriate eProduction Services site, upon recognizing your valid log-in ID will send an email to your email address, containing the link for access to My Account. If you allow others to have access to your email address, they may be able to gain access to your eProduction Services account. To maintain the highest level of security for your eProduction Services account, you should not provide others with access to your email address.
In addition to your email address, a password may be used to protect your Personal Information. It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential.
Children's Privacy:
eProduction Services is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests. eProduction Services does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 18 and eProduction Services does not target its Web sites to children under 18.
Business Transfers or Bankruptcy:
As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy companies or assets. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. In the unlikely event that eProduction Services or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will be one of the transferred assets. eProduction Services users will be notified of such business transfer or bankruptcy and be given the opportunity to opt-out of any such transfer. Notification of Changes:
If there are changes to the terms of eProduction Service’s Privacy Policy, we will post those changes and update the revision date in this document on the appropriate eProduction Service’s Web site prior to implementing those changes, so you will always know what information we collect online, how we use it, and what choices you have. For material changes to this Privacy Policy, eProduction Services will post an announcement on our site(s) and provide email notification to affected customers. The foregoing policy is effective as of 01 January 2008.
