Today people are astounded by how heartless and self serving people can be. Some find it horribly amazing that the human race can make morals that are justifiable and designed for the desired ends. Some call it genocide, while others may call it total warfare. What is your thought?

War has unfortunately become a necessary evil because people aren’t able to talk out conflicts, misunderstandings or reach agreeable treaties that 2 or more sides find acceptable. In no way does warfare have to go to the extreme of genocide. Yes during times of war there will be casualties. It’s when one group of people unjustly/unfairly attack and try to eradicate another group that I find disturbing. The best example of what I mean would be WWII. The Nazis felt their way was the right way and that all Jews needed to be exterminated. That was not war. There wasn’t 2 opposing armies. There was one army killing men, women, and children by any means necessary. Now when the UN realized what was going on, THAT was when warfare started.

Interesting perspective. Is it possible that people have forgotten how to listen as well? There seems to be an abundance of talking heads out there all trying to justify their point of view.

Simply I think warfare now is a generalized yet convenient term that governments, religions, groups, or even plain people use to take action as they see fit. Some are concerned about their public images and so on. But Ultimately everyone has a certain goal in mind and the most dedicated will go about it as the see fit. Even in the days of the Bible armies were instructed to kill a lands inhabitants during warfare. Spare the women kill them males. If you look at it in most other contries it is the men that do the fighting and the women are left home. It Is the same setup but different ‘tags’ if you will.
