Unfortunately people tend to do most of their thinking away from the computer, and then we get distracted once we are near one… Being a gamer and a writer and just a plain ol’ spaz I can testify to that… But I’ve been thinking upon the matters of “New Years Resolutions…”
By an appropriate twist of fate the majority of my friends and Family are Taurus… And even those that aren’t are close enough and have the pieces of ‘Doctrine’ (if you will) that coincide with the traditional Tauren characteristics… I am definitely not the first to say that times are hard… and this post is for me as much as it is to any of my audience… The New Year Is upon us and I have been challenged time and again to move on and to stop thinking so much… And now I pass that challenge to everyone else. we worry too much and we can think too much and become stuck in our own mental Quagmire…. Either a change of direction or even to just simply keep going but we have to do something… I have fought my trials and tribulations and still do, as do we all. And now Back to my Taurus declaration… My Uncle and one of the great influences in my life once told me “That you have to do something… even if it ends up being the wrong thing you still have to do it, and you have to do it with all you have. You’re bound to hit a wall sooner or later, but if you hit it hard enough you’ll either bounce back or you’ll knock that wall down.” And that is all I have to say Just do it and do it with your all…

Why Must we Tie Emotions To The Heart? Why not the Butt or the Foot? At least that way when it aches it’ll be something someone can laugh about.
I guess I understand all of that but I feel pains in the aforementioned areas would be much more tolerable or easier to handle than the gut wrenching, ‘heart gripping’ pangs one feels from whatever psychological conditioning we have grown accustomed to. Does our heart truly need to hurt simply because of our emotions. We get headaches or sick from stress why can’t I just have a migraine when I get dumped, or maybe bad gas, I’ll settle for a simple rash. This unforgettable pain of loss that is common and unique all the same, a sensation universal but indescribable, to me is more a botheration than it does any good. The only thing I could imagine this pain is good for is simply like any other pain, to teach you not to do it again and to avoid it. Like a cut or a burn. Some maybe harder headed but I think Ultimately that is the lesson for many.

It is my hope and plan to make this site a common staple in the Internet landscape. A New buzz word, like a few of the other sites around. But I find it harder to keep it updated than I had expected. Sure we all have thoughts, but oddly ennough I find that my most ‘profound’ thoughts occur when I am away from the computer. Nearly unlimited resources, and billions of outlets, but I hit a brick wall when it comes time to put the pen to paper, or text to pixelated box. So all that said I wonder… Does our best truly come out when we are in worse conditions. If we had less would we truly do more? Whats your thought?

Today people are astounded by how heartless and self serving people can be. Some find it horribly amazing that the human race can make morals that are justifiable and designed for the desired ends. Some call it genocide, while others may call it total warfare. What is your thought?

With almost six million people unemployed and countless others underemployed it seems that there is time available for charitable good doing. Terms like ‘ social responsibility ‘ and ‘ payback to society ‘ are real buzz killers. How about just going out and doing something without a label and enjoy the experience. Doesn’t have to be on a grand scale but if it is, that’s even better.
If you have already, let us know what you did. It will make you feel good to share your story and some of us just need an idea to start the process.

Self Publishing can be a daunting task for a new or aspiring writer. Luckily, there are companies that can assist with this process.
As a writer or author there are three terms that are forged into one’s life path. Those terms are to write, get published, and promote. Writers want to see all the hard work pay off by holding a copy of their own book, or be able to read their writing somewhere online. From there, the next desire is obviously to be able to see a response from all of the blood, sweat, and tears that were put into the writing. The goal of writers is to have their story put in front of thousands and to have those people enjoy all of the passion, creativity, time and energy that was put forth into the story.
New and aspiring writers often are excited about writing and the processes involved. It can be a challenge though as writers may feel unsure about how to start.
